We use WhatsApp to communicate with applicants, clients, and other contacts. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Communication is end-to-end encrypted, meaning WhatsApp cannot access the content of messages. However, WhatsApp does receive metadata (e.g. sender, recipient, time).
